Voting Our Interests Cooperative Environment, LCA is a new kind of political consulting and strategy firm. Dedicated to the principles of democracy, justice and equity, it is Colorado’s first cooperatively-owned political firm, and one of a few to be majority BIPOC and LGBTQ owned. Comprised of founders Meredith Phillips, Abe Perea, Lindsay Chatfield, and Alycia Campbell, VOICE offers expert service in matters of electoral & communications strategy, able to design and implement a wide range of public relations and voter contact campaigns.

As the first worker-owned political consulting cooperative in the state (if not the country), VOICE firmly rests upon the values of collective power, equity, justice, action, and inclusion. As an LGBTQIA+, Women, and POC owned and operated collective, VOICE centers community.
